How should I package my item for return?
To prepare your item, just follow these steps:

- Place the unwanted items with their original packaging inside the protective REW packaging.
- Attach the return label and a copy of the return slip that you will receive in the mail to the outside of the REW packaging.
If you are returning to multiple locations (second chances, brands…), please package the items separately for each brand, with the corresponding return label attached to the outside of each package.

What happens if I make a mistake in the delivery address?
Please make sure your shipping address is correct as we can’t redirect orders once items have been dispatched. Sorry!
Will shipping costs and taxes also be reimbursed with the return?
SECOND CHANCES does not accept returns of products in this category, but if you have any problems you can always contact us at customer@rew-rew.com. In exceptional cases we will accept the return and proceed to refund the price of the product as long as it meets the requirements indicated in “Returns policy“. Shipping costs and taxes will not be included in these refunds.
When will I get my refund?

Do you need your invoice?
Respecting our more sustainable shopping experience, we discard the printed invoice but, if you need it, you can request it by writing to us at customer@rew-rew.com.
Can the courier service pick up multiple parcels?
Yes, your courier may be able to collect multiple parcels. If you are returning items to multiple REW partners (BRANDS SELECTION), you will have to prepare them in individual parcels each with their specific shipping label.
Do I need to return my order in the same REW packaging it arrived in?
We recommend the use of REW’s packaging for the return of your item, but if this is not possible, please use a box to ensure that the returned item arrives in the same condition as it was sent to you.
