Payments & Refunds

REW accepts payment via Visa and MasterCard cards. You can also choose to pay with Google Pay, Apple Pay or Bizum. You will be required to pay 100% of the product, plus shipping fees, and any taxes or duties owed at such time as the product is ready for shipment.

Second Chances products are taxed under the special VAT regime provided for in Directive 94/5/EC on the sale/purchase of used goods. It is therefore not deductible. Articles 135 to 139 of Law 37/1992 of 28 December 1992 on Value Added Tax.

Pre-order transactions: Please beware that in pre-order transactions you should expect a waiting period of approximately one to six (1 to 6) weeks between the date you place your order and the date that the Product is ready for shipment. The estimated delivery is announced in each product.

Refunds are made via your original payment method and it generally takes up to 10 working days to be reflected in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider. We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method.

You can track the progress of your parcel with our courier service using the tracking number assigned to the returns label. As soon as it is accepted by REW (for SECOND CHANCES items) or by our partners (for BRANDS SELECTION items), we will send you an email to confirm your refund.

Please note that your shipping costs will be excluded unless the return is a result of a REW error.
